Use Bazaarvoice Connections to engage directly with consumers about your products on retail sites.

Connections Basic
When you sign up for Connections, you’ll start with Connections Basic. This free version of Connections enables you to respond to questions and view up to 25 reviews across retail partner sites in the Bazaarvoice network.
Connections Premium
The premium version of Connections enables you to respond to unlimited questions and reviews across retail partner sites in the Bazaarvoice network. Upgrade to Connections Premium by selecting the Upgrade to Respond to Reviews button on the home page of your Connections portal.
