You can send reminders to your unregistered vendors to encourage them to register with your sampling program.

Note: The "Vendor registration reminder email" template is used when sending this reminder. If you have not customized this template, modify it now. Refer to Modify email templates for instructions.

Complete the following steps to send a reminder message to vendors:

  1. Click Vendors at the top of the portal and then click Send Registration Reminders.
  2. Select one or more vendors in the list by clicking the check box on the right side of each vendor’s row.
  3. Click Send Reminder Emails to Selected Vendors.
  4. When prompted, click Yes to confirm that you want to send the email message.
