The View Campaigns page provides an overview of campaigns that have been created but not launched and campaigns that are in progress or complete. This page gives you a high-level view of campaign parameters and how each campaign is progressing.

Viewing campaigns

Click Campaigns at the top of the portal.

In the Recent Drafts section of the page, this information is provided:

  • Campaign Name—Public name of the campaign that was specified when the campaign was created
  • Total # of products—Number of samples that can ship during the campaign (total inventory of all products)
  • # Invites—Number of members who were invited to join the campaign

In the Recently Sent Campaigns section of the page, this information is provided:

  • Campaign Name—Public name of the campaign that was specified when the campaign was created
  • Total # of products—Number of samples that can ship during the campaign (total inventory of all products)
  • Products requested—Number of samples that have been requested by members
  • Products shipped—Number of products that have shipped to date
  • # SKUs reviewed—Percentage of samples that have been reviewed
  • # Invitees—Number of members who were invited to join the campaign
  • # Reviews—Number of reviews received from members for samples in the campaign
  • # Reviewers—Number of members who have reviewed samples in the campaign

Editing a draft campaign

  1. Click Campaigns at the top of the portal.
  2. Click the Edit Campaign icon next to the campaign you want to modify (in the Recent Drafts section of the page). The Step 6: Launch page is displayed.
  3. Click the Edit icon next to the parameters you want to modify. Refer to Create and launch a campaign for information about how to define information for a campaign.
  4. Click Next on each page until you return to the Step 6: Launch page.
  5. To save your modifications, click Save for Later. If you are ready to launch the campaign, click Launch Campaign.

Deleting a draft campaign

  1. Click Campaigns at the top of the portal.
  2. For the campaign you want to delete, click the Delete icon on the right side of the row.
  3. When prompted, click OK to confirm the deletion.

Viewing details about a campaign

  1. Click Campaigns at the top of the portal.
  2. Click the name of a campaign in the Recently Sent Campaigns section of the page.

The following information and tabs are provided on the campaign page:

  • Summary information—Public and internal names of the campaign, date range of the campaign, and when reminders were or will be sent
  • Overall Stats tab—Statistics about members, products, and reviews associated with the campaign.
  • Product Fulfillment tab—Product and shipping information for the campaign. You can also perform fulfillment tasks here.
  • Add Products tab—Information about products offered during the campaign.
  • Members tab—Shows the options selected when adding members to a campaign and the number of members that were invited as a result of the selection. If you export members from this tab, the CSV file contains this information.
  • Notes (x) tab—Lists notes that were added by admins for the campaign. This is useful, for example, to add information to a campaign that is not available in reports, portal pages, or CSV files.

Exporting a campaign

You can export all campaign data to a comma-separated value (CSV) file. This is useful, for example, if need to exclude members from a campaign; you can see the list of members who have participated in past campaigns.

  1. Click Campaigns at the top of the portal.
  2. Click the Export icon in the row of the campaign you want to export. A CSV file is downloaded to your system.
    Note: This is the same CSV file that is downloaded when you click Reports at the top of the portal.

The following properties are included in the CSV file:

  • Product ID—The product ID(s) that are or will be sent as samples in this campaign
  • Member ID—The IDs of each member included in this campaign
  • Product Name—The name of the product(s) that are or will be sent as samples in this campaign
  • Requested—The date and time when the member requested the product sample
  • Shipped—Whether the sample has shipped and, if so, when (date)
  • Tracking Number—The tracking number used to ship the sample, if used and identified
  • Tracking Carrier—The carrier that shipped the product sample
  • Review Submitted—The date of the sample review that was submitted by the member; this field is blank if no review has been submitted
  • Reviews—One of the following:
    • Eligible on Date—The member cannot submit a review yet but can do so on Date
    • Pending—The review has been submitted but is pending approval
    • Rejected—The review has been rejected by Moderation
    • Approved—The review has been approved and is available to be viewed on your site
