The Your Account screen is where you can deactivate you account, and change the following account information:

  • your status
  • name
  • email address
  • company name
  • phone number
  • password
Note: If you deactivate your account, you can no longer ship products as part of the sampling program and will no longer receive email messages from the community.

Update your profile

  1. Click Dashboard at the top of the portal.
  2. Click Your Account » Update Your Profile.
  3. Change any of the information on the page.
  4. Click Save.

Reset your password

  1. Click Dashboard at the top of the portal.
  2. Click Your Account » Reset Your Password.
  3. Type the new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields. The new password must contain 8-25 characters, and it must include at least one special character. Passwords are case sensitive.
  4. Click Update.

Deactivate your account

  1. Click Dashboard at the top of the portal.
  2. Click Your Account » Deactivate your account.
  3. Select the Opt out from future invitations option.
  4. Click Deactivate Account.
