How to get support

During the implementation phase of your Bazaarvoice project, contact your Bazaarvoice Implementation Project Manager (IPM) with any questions or concerns.

After your IPM officially transitions your project to Bazaarvoice Support, email support@bazaarvoice.com or request support online from the Bazaarvoice Support Community .

If you want to partner with Bazaarvoice or have questions about partnerships, email partner-support@bazaarvoice.com.
