If you’ve purchased fulfillment services with us, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign in to the Bazaarvoice Portal .

    If you can’t sign in, contact Bazaarvoice Support for assistance. Learn more about Portal permissions and user accounts.

  2. From the navigation bar, select Product Sampling > Sampling > Campaigns.
  3. Select Campaign Requests.
  4. Create a campaign request.
  5. You’ll receive a reply with an attached Advanced Shipping Notification (ASN) form that you’ll need to complete and return in the campaign case in Support Community.
  6. Prepare your shipment following the instructions in the ASN, and ship it within five business days. The products in your ASN should match your shipment exactly.
    Note: For this campaign, if you're shipping products from different locations or in multiple shipments, submit multiple ASNs to reflect each shipment.
  7. Once you’ve shipped your products, reply to the email relating to your campaign case with your completed ASNs, including tracking information.
  8. After communicating with the warehouse to confirm they’ve received your goods, we will launch your campaign.
