Fulfill and ship orders
If you’ve purchased fulfillment services with us, complete the following steps:

Sign in to the Bazaarvoice Portal .
If you can’t sign in, contact Bazaarvoice Support for assistance. Learn more about Portal permissions and user accounts.
- From the navigation bar, select Product Sampling > Sampling > Campaigns.
- Select Campaign Requests.
- Create a campaign request.
- You’ll receive a reply with an attached Advanced Shipping Notification (ASN) form that you’ll need to complete and return in the campaign case in Support Community.
- Prepare your shipment following the instructions in the ASN, and ship it within five business days. The products in your ASN should match your shipment exactly.
Note: For this campaign, if you're shipping products from different locations or in multiple shipments, submit multiple ASNs to reflect each shipment.
- Once you’ve shipped your products, reply to the email relating to your campaign case with your completed ASNs, including tracking information.
- After communicating with the warehouse to confirm they’ve received your goods, we will launch your campaign.
