After you’ve created campaigns, you can see overall performance data for your completed campaigns, compare them, and view results for individual campaigns.

Note: Your campaigns may not appear in Portal immediately after you create them.

What you’ll learn

Before you begin

  1. Sign in to the Bazaarvoice Portal .

    If you can’t sign in, contact Bazaarvoice Support for assistance. Learn more about Portal permissions and user accounts.

  2. From the navigation bar, select Product Sampling > Sampling > Campaigns.

View data for all campaigns

View information about the campaigns you’ve created with Bazaarvoice.

Note: This feature enables you to see data from recent Bazaarvoice Community campaigns. You may not be able to see data for older campaigns. Contact your Account Manager for more information.

View overall campaign data

Use the cards at the top of the page to view data relating to all of your campaigns.

Card Description
Products in campaigns Total number of products sampled by participants across your campaigns.
Review completion rate Percentage of review tasks completed by participants in your campaigns that have passed Bazaarvoice moderation.

This figure is calculated using the number of products shipped to members in your campaigns.

Note: A review completion rate of 85% or higher indicates strong campaign health and member engagement.
Reviews collected Total number of approved reviews collected across your campaigns.
Reviews with media Total number of approved reviews featuring at least one photo or video.
Campaigns with social tasks Total number of campaigns including social tasks. For example, posting on Instagram or Tiktok.
Social completion rate Percentage of social tasks completed by participants in your campaigns that have passed Bazaarvoice moderation.

This figure is calculated using the number of products shipped to members in the campaign.

Note: A social completion rate of 80% or higher indicates strong campaign health and member engagement.

View individual campaigns

Use individual campaign cards to see information about your completed campaigns.

Campaign data Description
Status Status of the campaign.
  • Scheduled— The campaign has been scheduled to launch on the start date you've entered.
  • In Progress— The campaign is ongoing and participants can submit reviews.
  • Completed— The campaign end date has passed. Products can no longer be sent to participants, but participants can still submit reviews.
Number of participants featured Total number of participants in this campaign.
Number of products featured Total number of products featured in this campaign.
Social task type Types of social task completed by participants in the campaign. For example, Instagram post, Instagram Story, or Tiktok.
Note: When there are three or more social task types in a campaign, the campaign card will read Various task types.
Campaign name Name of the campaign.
Campaign options Options that combine to create a campaign type. The following options are available:
  • Shipped— Participants are sent items to review and asked to complete tasks.
  • Deals— Participants are offered a discount code for an item. Once they purchase the item using the discount code, we ask them to complete tasks.
    Note: A campaign can be either Shipped or Deals, not both.
  • Reviews— Participants are asked to complete a review.
  • Social— Participants are asked to complete social tasks.
Start date Start date of the campaign.
End date End date of the campaign.
Average rating Average rating for reviews of products in the campaign.
Social handles and hashtags Social handles and hashtags you've asked members to @mention or include in their social posts for products in the campaign.
Note: Social handles and hashtags only appear in Social campaigns.

Find campaigns

Find campaigns using these methods:

Method Description
Campaign filter
  • Status— Select a status, for example, Scheduled. Repeat for each status you want to include. Select Apply and close.
  • Campaign options— Select a campaign option, for example, Reviews. Repeat for each option you want to include. Select Apply and close.
  • Campaign ID— Enter a campaign ID, or multiple campaign IDs separated by commas. Select Add. Repeat for each ID you want to include. Select Apply and close.
Date filter Select Start date or End date from the drop-down menu to view campaigns that started or ended in a specific time period. Select an option from the column on the left side of the filter, or enter a date range. Select Apply and close.
Products filter Begin entering a product name or product ID. Select the relevant product from the list of suggestions. Repeat for each product you want to include. Select Apply and close.
Social filter
  • Type—Select a social task type, for example, Instagram post. Repeat for each status you want to include. Select Apply and close.
  • Mentions— Enter a social handle, or multiple social handles separated by commas. Select Add. Repeat for each campaign you want to include. Select Apply and close.
  • Tags— Enter a hashtag, or multiple hashtags separated by commas. Select Add. Repeat for each campaign you want to include. Select Apply and close.
Sort campaigns Sort campaigns by end date.
Search field Enter a campaign name in the search field.

View data for individual campaigns

Select View details in any card to open the Campaign overview tab. Select the different tabs to see data for products selected for the campaign, product reviews, and media and social content attached to these reviews.

Use the information at the top of the page to view data relating to the selected campaign.

Campaign data Description
Number of participants Total number of participants in this campaign.
Number of products Total number of products featured in this campaign.
Social task type Types of social task completed by participants in the campaign. For example, Instagram post, Instagram Story, or Tiktok.
Note: When there are three or more social task types in a campaign, the campaign card will read Various task types.
Start date Start date of the campaign.
End date End date of the campaign.

View an overview of your campaign

In the Campaign overview tab, use the cards at the top of the page to view data relating to all of your campaigns.

Card Description
Products in campaigns Number of products featured in the campaign.
Reviews collected Number of approved reviews collected in the campaign.
Reviews with media Number of approved reviews submitted in the campaign featuring at least one photo or video.
Review completion rate Percentage of review tasks completed by participants in the campaign that have passed Bazaarvoice moderation.

This figure is calculated using the number of products shipped to members in the campaign.

Total media Number of photos or videos submitted in social tasks in this campaign.

These tasks include posting on Instagram or TikTok, and completing post-campaign surveys.

This figure is calculated using the number of products shipped to members in the campaign.

View campaign reviews and social content

This tab displays the five most recent reviews and three most recent social content items submitted in the campaign. Select photos included in reviews in this campaign to view and export them.

To export a single social media item, select the export icon in its card.

Note: You can’t export Tiktoks as this isn’t permitted in Tiktok's terms of service.

Select View all reviews to see all reviews submitted in a campaign in the Reviews tab. Select View all social content to see all social content submitted in a campaign in the Social content tab.

View product information

Select the Products tab to view details for each product selected by participants in the campaign. Use the product cards for at-a-glance information about each product and the reviews it received.

Product information Description
Average rating Average rating for reviews of the product in the campaign.
Product ID Typically an external ID or stock-keeping unit (SKU) ID.
First reviewed Date the product was first reviewed by a participant in the campaign.
Review ratings Percentage of reviews of the product that received a particular star rating.
Reviews collected Number of approved reviews of the product collected in the campaign.
% reviews with media Percentage of product reviews featuring at least one photo or video.
Reviews with media Number of product reviews featuring at least one photo or video.

Find products

  • Product filter: If there are five products or more in the campaign, begin entering a product name. Select the relevant product from the list of suggestions. Repeat for each product you want to include. Select Apply and close. If there are fewer than five products in the campaign, select a product from the checkbox list. Repeat for each product you want to include. Select Apply and close.
  • Average rating filter: Select a range to view products whose average star rating falls within the selected numbers. Select Apply and close.
  • Sort products: Sort products by name and by average rating.

View reviews in a campaign

Select the Reviews tab to view all reviews submitted in the campaign.

Find reviews

  • Date filter: To view reviews from a specific time period, select an option from the column on the left side of the filter, or enter a start and end date. Select Apply and close.
  • Product filter: If there are five products or more in the campaign, begin entering a product name. Select the relevant product from the list of suggestions. Repeat for each product you want to include. Select Apply and close. If there are fewer than five products in the campaign, select a product from the checkbox list. Repeat for each product you want to include. Select Apply and close.
  • Rating filter: View reviews of the products that received the star ratings you select. Select Apply and close.
  • Sort reviews: Sort reviews by the date they were submitted.

View media attached to reviews

Select the Media tab to view and export media that campaign participants submitted with their reviews.

Note: When you select a media item, you can select the right and left arrows to scroll through all social content submitted in this campaign.

Export media

To export a single media item, select the export icon in its card.

To export media in bulk, select the individual media you want to export, or click Select all. Once you’ve chosen all the media you want to export, select Export to export a zip file of the selected media.

Find media

  • Username filter: Begin entering a username for an account that has submitted a photo with a review. Select the relevant username from the list of suggestions. Repeat for each username you want to include. Select Apply and close.

View social content submitted with reviews

Select the Social content tab to view and export social content that participants have submitted in this campaign. When you select a social content item, you can select the right and left arrows to scroll through all social content submitted in this campaign.

Hover over the icon for the social media platform to view the format in which the media was posted. For example, Instagram post, Instagram Story, or Tiktok.

Note: If members have submitted social content across different social media platforms, you can select Instagram or Tiktok to view and export media submitted on one platform only.

Export social content

To export a social content item, select the export icon in its card.

To export social content in bulk, select the individual items you want to export, or click Select all. Once you’ve chosen all the social content you want to export, select Export to export a zip file of the selected media.

Note: You can’t export Tiktoks as this isn’t permitted in Tiktok's terms of service.

Find social content

  • Media type: Select a media type, for example, Photo. Repeat for each media type you want to include. Select Apply and close.
  • Username filter: Begin entering a username for an account that has submitted a photo with a review. Select the relevant username from the list of suggestions. Repeat for each username you want to include. Select Apply and close.
