After you’ve created campaigns, you can see overall performance data for your completed campaigns using the following methods.

View products

  1. Sign in to the Bazaarvoice Portal .

    If you can’t sign in, contact Bazaarvoice Support for assistance. Learn more about Portal permissions and user accounts.

  2. From the navigation bar, select Product Sampling > Sampling > Products.
  3. Select your program from the Sampling Program dropdown list.
  4. Select a product to view its metrics.
  5. To find products, use one of the following methods:
    • Campaigns filter— Begin entering a campaign name or campaign ID. Select a campaign from the list of suggestions to add it to the filter criteria. Repeat this for each campaign you want to include. Select Apply and close to apply the filter.
    • Search field— Search for products by their name or product ID. Enter a complete or partial product name or product ID.

View reviews

  2. From the navigation bar, select Product Sampling > Sampling > Reviews.
  3. To find reviews, use one of the following methods:
    • Campaign name filter— Use this filter to find all products in a specific campaign. Begin entering a campaign name or campaign ID. Select a campaign from the list of suggestions to add it to the filter criteria. Repeat this for each campaign you want to include. Select Apply and close to apply the filter.
    • Search field— Search for products by their name or product ID. Enter a complete or partial product name or product ID.

Create reports

Create a campaign performance report for single-instance Brand Managed Sampling campaigns using Reports.

To get started, sign in to Portal . From the navigation bar, select Analytics > Custom Reports.

Manage sampling content

If you have access to Ratings & Reviews in Portal, you can use it to manage your sampling content.

To get started, sign in to Portal . From the navigation bar, select Ratings & Reviews > Reviews. You can search for reviews, or filter them by date, campaign ID, product ID, or moderation data.
