Welcome to the Bazaarvoice Portal. From here, you can access Bazaarvoice solutions and tools, manage users and account settings, and get documentation when you need help.
Log on to Portal at https://portal.bazaarvoice.com .
Access Bazaarvoice solutions
Click the menu located in the top-left corner to view a list of your Bazaarvoice solutions.
Depending on your credentials, the menu also provides access to the following administration tools:
- Users and permissions—Add users to your account and assign the actions they can perform.
- Hosting summary—Learn about the vendors and locations that store data and execute services for your Bazaarvoice account.
- Privacy—Manage requests from your site visitors to see the data we collect about them or to remove their data from our systems.
The help button in the top-right corner of every page provides context-sensitive help for the page you’re viewing. If you having trouble using a Bazaarvoice solution, click the help button to view information about the problem you’re trying to solve.
Edit your profile or sign out
The profile button in the top-right corner of every page enables you to modify your profile details or sign out of Portal.
From the Profile page, you can update your name, email address, and preferred language. If a Portal page or component supports localization, it will render text in your preferred language. The following languages are supported:
Use the Notifications tab on your profile page to manage the notifications you receive. If you do not see the Notifications tab, none of the solutions you can access allow you to manage notifications.
Find your account administrator
An account administrator can create and manage users, assign user permissions, reset user passwords, and view user statuses. To find out who your administrator is, click View Administrators on your Profile page.
If no administrator is listed for your account, contact your Bazaarvoice representative.
