Follow the steps to learn how to sign up for Connections.

Note: If you've already signed up for Connections but can't see a product or retailer, follow these instructions.

Before you start

You will need your brand logo and a brand nickname to sign up for Connections. Make sure the logo and nickname meet the following requirements:

  • Logo size: 100px by 40px (will be scaled if larger)
  • Logo format: .gif,.png, or .jpg (RGB only)
  • Brand nickname: must be between 5-25 characters in length.

Sign up steps

Sign up for multiple brands using a single profile (recommended). However, if you want to create multiple profiles, repeat these steps and enter a unique brand nickname and logo for each brand.

  1. Navigate to the Connections page in the Bazaarvoice website:
    Note: To add retailers from another region, contact us after you sign up and we will help you add them.
  2. Enter your contact details, agree to the terms and conditions, and then click Sign Up for Free.
  3. Enter your brand name. A list of available retailers appears.
  4. If you are not responsible for answering questions at a specific retailer, opt out by clicking the X icon.
  5. Repeat your search for other brands, as needed.
  6. When you have completed your search for brands, click Next Step.
  7. Provide your nickname and logo for each of the brands you selected.
  8. Click Submit.

You will receive a verification email with a link to verify your account. Please allow seven to ten business days to receive a welcome email with login credentials and instructions for using Connections.
