Alerts are critical to using Connections effectively because they help you keep on top of what’s happening and give you a way to respond to your customers straight away. Each Alert email lets you know when customers post reviews and ask questions. They include a link to each question and review that you can use to respond to customers without having to log in to the Connections portal.

By default, you’ll receive alerts as a daily email of questions asked. If you’re a Connections Premium customer, you will also receive a daily summary of your priority reviews.

Manage alerts

Manage alerts in Portal, where they are called notifications.
