What you’ll learn

Before you begin

  1. Sign in to the Bazaarvoice Portal .

If you can’t sign in, contact Bazaarvoice Support for assistance. Learn more about Portal permissions and user accounts.

  2. From the navigation bar, select Product Sampling > Sampling Administration > Campaigns.

Select a campaign

  1. From the tabbed menu under Campaigns, select the campaign type you want to view.
  2. In the Campaign name column of the table that appears, select the campaign you want to view.
Note: You can sort campaigns in each tab except the Activity tab by the oldest or most recent campaign start date or end date.

View products in the campaign

To find out how many samples have been claimed, shipped, and reviewed in a campaign, select the campaign from the Started or Completed tab and view the Products card. If your campaign is still live, these figures will update in real time as the campaign progresses.

To decide whether you should take action in an ongoing campaign, use the information in the Products card. For example, if there are unclaimed products in your campaign, you might want to invite more members to claim them. Alternatively, if members have selected all of the products in your campaign, you can close it early.

Note: You can only change your product selection for a campaign if it’s in Draft status. Once a campaign has started, you cannot edit your product selection.

To view products in a started or completed campaign in more detail, select View products in this campaign.

View member participation

Use the Members card to view:

  • how many invited members are participating in a campaign
  • how many members have received products
  • how many members have posted reviews of the products they received

If your campaign is still live, these figures will update in real time to show you how products are being claimed by members as the offer progresses.

Note: An offer is complete when the member has selected all the samples available to them in a campaign.

To decide whether you should take action in a started campaign, use the information in the Members card. For example, if you can see that members are slow to participate and you have a lot of unclaimed products, you might decide to invite more members. To view how many invited members have not responded to their invitation to the campaign, compare the number of invited members with the number of participants.

Note: To view details of members in started or completed campaigns, select View members in this campaign.

Check email settings

Use the Email configuration card in started and completed campaigns to view the general and post-interaction emails you’ve selected to send to members during the campaign.

Post-interaction emails are sent to members to remind them to write a review.

Note: The Email configuration card is for reference only. You cannot change the email configuration after a campaign has started.
