Sampling
The purpose of your sampling program is to generate authentic product reviews that help shoppers feel more confident about buying your products. Sampling campaigns offer selected sampling community members free product samples to try in exchange for their honest review. Up to 90% of the samples sent to community members result in reviews, which increases sales of your products.
Collecting reviews with a sampling program helps you when:
- You don’t have many consumer touch points, such as a list of customers who have purchased your products or a large social media presence.
- You want to have reviews for a new product when it launches at retail.
- You want to quickly increase review volume for products that have few reviews.
- You want to reward your brand advocates.
