After you invite vendors to participate in your sampling program, you can add a single vendor manually if the campaign has not started. This invites a single vendor to join the program.

Note: If you plan to use an in-house team to manage fulfillment, you must designate a contact at your company who will be notified when the campaign has ended. They will be sent the fulfillment distribution list. Add the contact using the procedure in this topic; this contact cannot have the same email address as any other Sampling portal admins or members.

To add a single vendor to your sampling program, complete the following steps.

  1. Click Vendors at the top of the portal and then click View Vendors.
  2. Click Manually Add Vendor. The Adding New Vendor page is displayed.
  3. Provide the requested information. You must provide at least a first name, a last name, an email address and a password for the vendor.
  4. Click Save.
