You can send reminders to your unregistered members to encourage them to register for your community.
Note: The "Registration reminder email" template is used when sending this reminder. If you have not customized this template, modify it now. Refer to Modify email templates for instructions.
To send a reminder message to advocates, complete the following steps:
- Click Members at the top of the portal and then click Send Registration Reminders.
- Select one or more members in the list by clicking the check box on the right side of each member’s row.
- Click Send Reminder Emails to Selected Members.
- When prompted, click Yes to confirm that you want to send the email message.
