You can send reminders to your unregistered members to encourage them to register for your community.

Note: The "Registration reminder email" template is used when sending this reminder. If you have not customized this template, modify it now. Refer to Modify email templates for instructions.

To send a reminder message to advocates, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Members at the top of the portal and then click Send Registration Reminders.
  2. Select one or more members in the list by clicking the check box on the right side of each member’s row.
  3. Click Send Reminder Emails to Selected Members.
  4. When prompted, click Yes to confirm that you want to send the email message.
