Update or deactivate your account
The Your Account screen is where you can deactivate you account, and change the following account information:
- your status
- name
- email address
- company name
- phone number
- password
Note: If you deactivate your account, you can no longer ship products as part of the sampling program and will no longer receive email messages from the community.
Update your profile
- Click Dashboard at the top of the portal.
- Click Your Account » Update Your Profile.
- Change any of the information on the page.
- Click Save.
Reset your password
- Click Dashboard at the top of the portal.
- Click Your Account » Reset Your Password.
- Type the new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields. The new password must contain 8-25 characters, and it must include at least one special character. Passwords are case sensitive.
- Click Update.
Deactivate your account
- Click Dashboard at the top of the portal.
- Click Your Account » Deactivate your account.
- Select the Opt out from future invitations option.
- Click Deactivate Account.
